Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Cancellation/Refund
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. If cancelled, the deposit is refundable minus a holding fee equal to 20% of the total quoted amount, to cover scheduling and reservation costs.
The remaining balance is due 28 days prior to the delivery date. Once paid, the final balance is non-refundable due to production and preparation commitments.
